Endeavour Foundation is an intellectual disability specialist provider of the Federal Government’s Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program. IEA helps eligible people with disability, injury or health conditions prepare for and secure rewarding, sustainable employment and helps employers and referrers make inclusion happen.  A not-for-profit organisation with 75 years of experience, Endeavour Foundation delivers the IEA program in selected areas across Queensland, Victoria and South Australia.  Our local Inclusive Employment Specialists connect jobseekers with employers to create sustainable employment outcomes that benefit individuals, businesses and the wider community.
