Community Solutions is a not-for-profit organisation delivering NDIS services, employment support and vocational training across Queensland, NSW, Victoria and South Australia.

With more than 25 years of experience, we support people with disability to build independence, develop skills, achieve their goals and access meaningful opportunities.
Our services include Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination, Positive Behaviour Support and Psychology, alongside employment and training pathways that help people participate fully in their communities.

Working closely with participants, families, carers and support networks, we provide person-centred services that promote choice, confidence, wellbeing and inclusion at every stage of life.
