For more that 35 years, Workways has supported local communities through employment, education and training, small business development, social enterprise development and community programs. In Cairns and Innisfail, Workways delivers the Inclusive Employment Australia program – providing employment support to people with disability, illness or injury; and supporting local employers to recruit and employ an inclusive workforce.
